We all have different health histories and metabolic journeys, and life has twists and turns along the way. What we ALL have in common is our desire to feel AWESOME! When we get rid of the myths that surround nutrition, exercise, and health care, we can plan for success. Optimal health is the process of healing the metabolic damage from yo-yo dieting; unhealthy eating habits; medications (sometimes we really need them, even with side-effects:), periods of HIGH stress, Menopause issues, congenital health issues, etc.

My goal is to guide patients in healing from these issues simultaneously... so when the goal is met, whether it's weight loss, fertility, Diabetes, or early Alzheimer's prevention, the healing is on ALL levels
