I've contemplated multiple different ways in order to communicate with patients and followers of my program-and these have seemed to work best! I try to be as real as possible. I'm a strong and firm believer that not everything you see on social media is real, and want people to see my life as it is! Recording daily messages, lessons, advice, (etc.), has helped me and plenty of other young women accomplish their goals. Seeing me and my environment in my videos has more of an inviting feel than if I just filmed in front of a white backdrop!
